Shenzhen Airlines Rolls Out One-Stop Ticket Change Services to Improve Customer Experience

Shenzhen Airlines (SA) has rolled out one-stop ticket change services for passengers, allowing them to change flights and have their baggage handled at just one check-in desk, thus helping passengers save time and avoid lines and repeated security checks.

Passengers of domestic SA-operated flights with involuntary flight changes can go through all the necessary formalities at the one-stop flight-change desk on travel day without having to change flights at ticket sales desks or collect and re-check-in their baggage at the designated desks when switching to other domestic SA-operated flights.

Shenzhen Airlines’ one-stop ticket-change services are offered at four of its service desks at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport. They include SA and Air China’s main check-in desk at Aisle G and Aisle H in the departure hall on the fourth floor of the airport (G24, H12), SA’s premium, main check-in desk at its premium check-in room (K01), SA’s overall business desk near Gate 51 and the one at SA’s King Lounge VIP 1.
